My Story

There was a moment I sat with a question I couldn’t shake.

Not because something was wrong. But because something felt ready.

I had spent years doing work I genuinely loved, being around people, understanding them, watching them grow. And the more time I spent with people, the more I noticed something that had nothing to do with any job or role or title.

People were struggling.

Not always visibly. Not always loudly. But underneath the busy schedules and the composed faces and the “I’m fine”, there was so much going on. Relationships that were quietly breaking. Decisions that kept getting delayed because the fear was louder than the desire. Dreams that had been packed away so long that people had almost forgotten they had them.

And I found myself drawn to those conversations. The real ones. The ones people don’t usually have, not because they don’t want to, but because they don’t always have someone safe enough to have them with.

I didn’t go looking for this. It found me.

One conversation at a time.

A friend going through a transition she didn’t choose. Someone standing at a crossroads, paralysed by the weight of getting it wrong. A person who had been so focused on keeping everything together that they had completely lost touch with what they actually wanted.

Every single time, I watched something shift. Not because I had the answers. But because the right questions, asked with care, asked without judgement, have a way of cutting through the noise. Of helping someone finally hear themselves.

That’s when I knew.

This is what I want to give my life to. Not because the world told me to. Because every part of me said yes to it.

I believe one honest conversation can change the direction of a life. I’ve seen it happen. And I’ve felt what it’s like to be on the receiving end of that kind of clarity, where suddenly the path forward doesn’t feel so impossible anymore.

If you’re somewhere in the middle of a big change, figuring out who you are outside of who you’ve been, deciding what actually matters, trying to find your footing again, this is the space I’ve created for you.

You don’t have to have it figured out to start.

You just have to be ready to be honest.

And I’ll meet you right there.
